Insurance Information

Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for your bill regardless of what your insurance pays. The receipt that is given to you after your visit has been designed to be used for insurance purposes. Our office staff will file insurance claims for obstetrical and surgical care. Be sure your portion is filled in correctly, including group and identification numbers.

We will help you in whatever way we can, but you can help us save time and serve you better if you make sure that your particular insurance policies cover the services for which you want to file claims.

This office participates with the insurance plans listed below. (We do not participate with Medicaid.) If you have any questions regarding participation with your health plan, please let us know.

Fee Information

Payment is expected at the time of your office visit. If you have extenuating financial circumstances or a question about your bill, please discuss it with our office manager.

Our fees are within the customary range for this area and reflect the level of care you will receive and the high level of training by the physicians in our group. We have standardized charges for various procedures. These fees are listed in the office and are available to you at all times. If you have any questions about fees, please feel free to discuss them with our office manager.

The fees for obstetrical care include all medical care from your first visit through your prenatal care, your delivery, and your visit six weeks following delivery. The office staff will discuss fees for obstetric or gynecologic surgery with you to arrange a payment schedule that will be convenient and acceptable.
